| To all Turkeyfoot Cowboys:
The "Ambush on the Prairie 2005" is now history. To all who attended, "Thank you," and to those who couldn't, I hope it fits your schedule should we decide to do it next year. I'm truly humbled by the selfless giving of time and energy from so many people, including Cap Smith, Lanky Frame, Pokey Loader, Dusty Miller, Kingdom Kid, Greenbrier Rose, Sneezer and Tangled Web. If I forgot anyone its because so many people offered help and expected nothing in return. A special thanks goes to Mayor Steve Groniga and Kayleen Best. Please know that this event wouldn't have happened without the help and patience of Ellie T. Also know that it would have been "Trainwreck on the Prairie" without the unflagging energy and invaluable advice of Nellie Fulsas and the Cedar Falls Kid.
