the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Here are some of my thoughts on guns and the Second Ammendment The Second Ammendment gives us freedom to own and bear arms. It is the right of any legal law abiding American to own guns. I don't think any illegal immigrant, or any non American or foreigner working here on a Green Card should be allowed to purchase a gun. The Constitution, and thus the Second Ammendment, guarantees the rights of United States Citizens, not anyone else. I believe anyone who is of age, capable and responsible should not be denied a concealed carry permit. This of course needs regulation, as implied by the second amendment. If more people carried guns, maybe someone would have stopped the massacure at Virginia Tech before it had gotten nearly as far.
